The Senior + Junior President provides leadership and overall direction to Exothermic Robotics, overseeing and coordinating the efforts of the organization.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for managing the budget, spending, and money from sponsorships in Ignite.

Parts Manager

The Parts Manager records inventory, manages parts orders, organizes clean-up events, and tracks team needs.

Engineering Notebook Advisor

The Engineering Notebook Advisor assists younger teams with the documentation of their work, teaching them how to develop strong communication with judges through the engineering notebook, and giving advice when necessary.

Matchplay Advisor

The matchplay advisor is largely responsible for coordinating drive team communication, strategy, and analyzing team driving post-tournament..

Build Advisor

Build Advisors assist younger teams with learning the process of building, designing, and problem-solving, give advice when necessary, and check in with teams in general.

Programming Advisor

Programming Advisors assist younger teams with concepts related to programming, troubleshooting, etc., giving advice when necessary and check in with teams in general.

General Advisor

The general advisor is responsible for helping out each advisor within their respective categories, giving feedback on curriculum, helping them host sessions, and helping mentor teams in Exo that require extra support beyond the weekly check-ins hosted by the advisory group.

Secretary

The Secretary is largely responsible for inter-board communication. Beyond the umbrella term, the secretary is responsible for keeping board members in track, designing t-shirts, hoodies, and the website.
